Especially in this economy, I find that many people have a lot of anxiety around being sold or in a sales pitch. #4 - having a conversation, really changes things around and moves the focus to their needs and desires, i may not have the solution, but i may be able to connect them with someone who does, thereby increasing my relevance. thanks for the post.
