I know the rhyme in the title is a little cheesy, but it’s a question every client asks before hiring me.

My work involves guiding men to uncover their passion and purpose, create plans to bring those elements into their lives, take action on their plans, and to evaluate results and make adjustments when necessary.

It is not easy work. Often it encompasses getting in touch with underlying psychological states that inhibit action as well as demanding rigorous analysis and action.

But the results – the life of your dreams – is worth it.

I am looking for:

• Clients that I am meant to serve, that resonate with me and my work.

A little of my story:

From an early age I realized that I loved talking to people about their dreams and helping make them reality. In conversations I would hunt for the topic that makes eyes light up, brings a smile to a face and reveals deep passions. Encountering the deep heart of another resonated with my own search.

It was losing my father at an early age that provided the two focal points for my work.

First, daily life was difficult for a long time. Passion and purpose were sidetracked by the need to make it through, to persevere. Luckily, I have always been a bit of a dreamer and could not resist the inner promptings of those dreams. I also decided to dedicate my life to helping people discover and live out their dreams.

Second, growing up without a father has given me a sensitivity and awareness of the hardship men face. I received the message that, as a man, I should know what I need and be responsible. I should be realistic and not ask for help. Again, I was blessed to walk a path that opened my eyes to these falsehoods. I could focus my work to help men, just as I had needed help myself.

Men need to connect with their core passion and purpose to brings their dreams into their lives.

Throughout my work life, I repeatedly encounter men who share dreams they would love to live, followed by reasons they can’t live them.

When I completed my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, I realized that may training and abilities would greatly benefit men through coaching, to provide guidance for men who want to get more out of life, who want to resurrect their ability to dream about their future. I created Absolute Arrow Coaching to do just that.
